Times Media Appoints Head of Clients

24 January 2008: Times Media announces that it has appointed James Roles as Head of Clients.

In his new role, James will be responsible for managing the Client Sales team to strengthen relationships with advertisers and broaden their use of Times Media channels.

James has been at Times Media since 2004 when he joined the Marketing Department as Communications and Strategy Marketing Manager. He spent three years in Marketing as Head of Brand Marketing and Acting Marketing Director. In 2007 he moved to the commercial division of Times Media where he was Head of Commercial Strategy responsible for articulating Times Media’s commercial offering around premium audiences to clients. Prior to Times Media he spent more than 10 years working in agencies such as OMD, Universal McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi and Aegis.

Claire Myerscough, Development Director, commented: “James has valuable experience both in the media industry and in marketing and thus is extremely well placed to carry out this role.”

James replaces Adam Crow who left Times Media at the end of last year.
